How we manage quality and information security
We establish and maintain practical policies and controls covering areas such as access management, acceptable use, secure working practices, clear desks and screens, malware protection, password security, supplier oversight, incident handling, change control, backup, recovery, and service continuity.
We evaluate internal and external risks that may affect our people, services, systems, facilities, or information. Controls are selected according to business need and risk, then monitored and improved as our operations and technology evolve.

Our security and risk practices are informed by recognized U.S. guidance, including the NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 functions of Govern, Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover. - Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information throughout its lifecycle.
- Maintain appropriate physical, technical, administrative, and remote-access controls for company and client assets.
- Identify and assess risks, then establish proportionate controls, contingency measures, and mitigation plans.
- Provide a safe, responsible, and professional working environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Provide employees and relevant partners with suitable quality and information-security awareness and training.
- Maintain, review, and test business-continuity and recovery arrangements according to operational need.
- Measure the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and continually improve its processes and controls.
Responsibility and review
Senior management approves this policy, provides appropriate resources for its implementation, and reviews the Integrated Management System at planned intervals. Everyone working for or on behalf of ASONTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is expected to understand the controls relevant to their role and report suspected security, privacy, quality, or continuity concerns promptly.
For U.S.-related operations, we seek to maintain reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information, honor our published privacy representations, assess relevant service providers, and evaluate notification duties under applicable federal and state requirements when an incident occurs.
